Great story of people proving they are worthy of acceptance rather than demanding it they earnt it, while there was rejection of their potential due to race and sexuality they triumphed through ability rather than adversary, absolutely inspirational what people can achieve when they look beyond their own differences, this is a two way street. Those scoring below 4 need to look at themselves this was not a look at me I'm in your face kind of movie it was a look at us and see what we can achieve.

Hidden Figures is an inspirational story, showing how three African-American women delt with the difficulties of segregation while doing their part in cementing America's position in the space race of the 1960s. Showing how they get themselves noticed is a pleasure to watch.

An excellent story with substance. If you like films with excellent writing and acting and production this is for you. If you're the kind of person who needs a Ritalin fuelled injection of dumb action scenes every few minutes, to be entertained, you won't like this. Kevin Costner is reliable as ever.
