What was potentially an epic movie ends up falling flat on its face. While the myriad of emotions displayed by Gina Carano (anger, rage, animosity, etc.) bolster her chops as an actor she is repeatedly let down by poor cinematography and a sound track that is a cross between porno flick music and a lullaby. I'll begin with the music, this is by far the worst sound track I have ever heard, with a combination of repetitive 70's slap base and long droning instrumentals, music that should be setting the mood just made me want to go to sleep. I repeatedly found myself puzzled at the choice of soundtrack during fight scenes watching the beautiful heroin pummel some hapless schmuck yet the music seemed to be at odds with what was on the screen. As for cinematography, scenes that had the potential to be truly epic were ruined with shoddy camera angles, poor choreography and repeated cuts in the middle of combat scenes ruined the effect of having an MMA fighter in the movie. Gina may have done her own stunts but you wouldn't know it from the shoddy direction. This is at best a B movie that was shot with a good camera. Oh and the plot was so bad no one understood it!

Well it is insulting to the audience's intelligence to release such a movie and even consider it an action movie. Why would Michael Douglas, Ewan McGregor, Channing Tatum, Antonio Banderas agree to be part of ....this...how am i supposed to consider this ..so called movie versus the Bourne series or Safe House... So sad, and I regret spending the money.

Gina Cara can fight and act. Good movie, definitely worth watching. Hope Gina takes on more acting roles but not the typical spy / martial arts type movies.
