Many customers purchase the Harry Potter series as part of a box set in English language which gave an unlimited time access to the cinema release on Ultraviolet. Several years later now that Ultraviolot has been closed and its customer sold to WB, and now to Google Play, some of these customers due to their location are not able to access the English language films they bought, are firstly given only a trailer, and then when challenged, changed to a limited duration 30 days then 48 hours viewing. For Google Play to have language restriction based on the location of the customer who may anyway move between countries makes no real sense for it's customers. Please resolve this problem and do not expect us to put up with this. Let the customer have what they purchased legally. Do not assume that as I am in a French speaking country I only want French speaking products. It is just as well I bought the DVD copies as I now see I cannot trust this online scam.
