About this movie

In the steamy jungle of the South Pacific, an enormous creature is created by nuclear fallout. Lost for decades, the power and the fury of the world's largest monster are about to be unleashed. He's the most spectacular creature in cinematic history, with a foot the size of a bus, a body as tall as London's Big Ben, and strength and agility the likes of which the world has never seen. The creators of Independence Day are proud to unleash the ultimate in monster movies, Godzilla. It's true what they say: Size does matter. There are only 3 terrible Godzilla this is one of them. 1.Godzilla 1998 2.Godzilla king of the monsters 3.Godzilla revenge I knew that in 1994 TriStar had Godzilla scripted were the Godzilla the true one fought a monster called the griffin. If this movie had the true Godzilla destroying new York or at least name it zilla destroying new York.I would give it at least a 3 because TriStar wouldn't have lied. But at least we got Godzilla 2000 which is way better.

OMGOSH SO GOOD TO SEE THAT AGAIN! :D Never mind the snobs and bandwagon jumpers ragging on it: If you're looking for a fun, dumb, action, monster movie, you've come to the right place! Yes, you really have to suspend your disbelief at times; yes, the jokes occasionally fall flat; no it's not as good as the first Jurassic Park from which it borrows heavily: But it's a bajillion times better than that super-lame snorefest Hollywood rolled out in 2014 (although to be fair, that was occasionally, albeit unintentionally funny in places.) TBH, I don't know much about Godzilla - I haven't seen the original movies and I barely remember the Godzilla/Godzuki cartoon from the last century, so idk how it compares to those but who cares?! The creators of the first Independence Day movie (also great fun, btw)(shhh... let's pretend the sequel doesn't exist) came through with a camp, good time with this one, with an accurate message: Humans suck. So grab some excellent vegan food and snacks and settle down to cheer for #TeamGODZILLA! RAWR.

1998 version I saw this at the cinema I remember someone walked out thinking the film was over but another half hour was left 🙄. Anyway terrible film lol. PS google why is there a picture a more modern Godzilla film on the 1998 version. Have a look the 98 one had Matthew Broderick not Bryan Grandson lol
