About this movie

A church destroyed. A congregation silenced. A relationship shattered. Yet even in life’s darkest valleys, a small flame can light the way toward healing and hope. After a deadly fire rips through St. James Church, Hadleigh University leaders use the tragedy to push the congregation off campus, forcing the church to defend its rights and bringing together estranged brothers for a reunion that opens old wounds and forces them to address the issues that pulled them apart.

WHAT A true story told like it's fiction. Christians are not perfect beings, they are humans with vulnerability like everyone, the difference is Christ in them helps them beyond human capacity, when the person submits to Christs authority. Sometimes we fail to let Jesus lead which makes us fall but He is forever waiting to pick us up from the dust whenever we call.

A realistic portrayal that Christians are people who face struggles and certainly aren't perfect (hence the need for God's salvation). Always interesting to see (through the movie and the reviews written about it), how the subject of Christianity rubs people the wrong way, and how many people who have a problem with God jump to hostility.
