Funny Games

So I took YOURMOVIESUCKS advice to see this and it was frankly underwhelming. I went into it knowing that this was a commentary on the horror genre and did enjoy it but unfortunately, I found way too many inconsistencies such as the painfully awful "cell phone" trope and the characters transitions as the plot progressed. It still has a fantastic cast and was shot beautifully. I just felt that some ideas were better than others. I'd give it a light 6/10.

This movie was one of my faves for years. BUT. I cant stand people who dont fight for their lives. My gosh, this woman has the chance to escape and she gets caught again? Id rather run for 3 hrs to find a phone, than be back in the clutches of two psychos who WILL KILL ME. Her husband is a total puss too. The little boy was the only one with balls, and they killed him. Very sickening and twisted. I laughed at certain parts, and I ♡ Naomi Watts. But now that Im an adult..I dont care for this film much

Ouick Review: Whoever Dislikes "The Purge" or "The Strangers" & If you love Home Invasion Films, Then This Movie is definitely made for you. Nothing seems perfect than Two Deranged and Disturbing Young Men Taking a Family Hostage and Betting Their Lives if They Live or not....But I would recommend renting it to see if you are satisfied with it and then buy it
