About this movie

Full Out is the inspirational true story of Ariana Berlin, an elite American gymnas, Ariana's life took a sharp turn after she almost died in a debilitating car accident, crushing her dreams of competing in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Through dance Ariana slowly gained her movement and confidence back, and when she was fully rehabilitated she joined a professional hip-hop dance group. Torn between
her love for dance and her unending desire to compete in gymnastics, Ariana approached UCLA Women’s gymnastics head coach Valorie Kondos Field and asked to become a “walk on” to the team. After four years of hard work and determination Ariana Berlin fulfilled her lifelong dream, leading UCLA to their 6th NCAA championship.  Through her unique style, incorporating hip-hop and breakdancing into her floor routines, Ariana left an everlasting mark on the world
of college gymnastics. This is a heart-warming and wonderfully inspiring story of grit, determination and the will to make the impossible happen.
