The best parts of this movie are shown in the previews. Its not the great movie some people play it up to be. I was left thinking many parts were dubbed. And it tried to be a mix between the evil dead movies and the adventures of Baron Munchausen. Some of the special effects were ok. But for the most part it fell flat and didn't make and sense. Many scenes could of been cut out as they simply didn't lend any value to the movie as a whole. Rent or Buy at your risk.

This wasn't the best movie, but it was a great abstract with a lot of metaphorical meanings. Its certainly worth a try if you enjoy an artsy piece.

Should have used subtitles instead of dubbed. The dubbed translation ruined the acting, thoroughly brought the product done to C- Movie grade. Subtitles would have maintained the integrity of the acting. That it was advertised as available in the original Russian with English subtitles was completely misleading. Asking for a refund.
