Oozing with assured direction by the critically acclaimed Andrea Arnold, this study of adolescence stands out for its unflinching honesty, providing yet another astonishing example of the new British cinematic realism. Excellent performances by both newcomer Katie Jarvis and Michael Fassbender who has also been making waves in Hunger and Inglourious Basterds.

I love Andrea Arnold's work. Fish Tank is a film to care about as are the characters in it. My advice - enrich your life and watch it.
