Final Destination 5

The best of the bunch by a mile. The concept of Final Destination apparently began life as an X Files episode that was rejected. Thank god it found life on the big screen because it is SO much fun. This is the freshest and sickest of the lot and will make you squirm from beginning to end. Especially during the nauseating gymnasium sequence. A clever and satisfying ending makes this a perfect Saturday night shocker. Great for Halloween.

This film is a perfect example of how hollywood takes a movie franchise and truly kill it. You only watch this film for the death scenes, which are below par and comical. The plot twist wasn't predictable but it still doesn't redeem yourself if you waste money on this crap.

If you love the mindless FD series, then Great. But for someone wanting something a little more original than all the other 3 final destinations then this will not be satisfying. The greatest part of this particular movie is undoubtedly the way the ending ties up with the original.
