About this movie

Hailed as "Michael Moore's most powerful film yet" (Sophia A. McClennen, Salon), Fahrenheit 11/9 is a provocative and comedic look at the times in which we live. It will explore the two most important questions of the Trump Era: How did we get here, and how do we get out?

I'm not a Trump supporter at all. I'm not a big Micheal Moore fan either though. I found his older documentaries to be more straight forward and moving. Fahrenheit 11/9 is just a little too dramatic, a little too jokey and jumps continuously. I find it to be dated already but the way in which he captures moments is compelling. I just need less bias media in my world, give me the facts and I can formulate my own decision. BTW this movie is on Amazon Prime Video in Canada so save some money.

It was a bit disjointed; Moore’s POINT was CRYSTAL CLEAR: Our system is VERY broken, on BOTH sides of the aisle! Too much $$ in too many greedy hands. Trump was a lit less of the focus than i thought he would be! The revelations about Flint, and Obama’s terrible betrayal were total news to me that i had NEVER heard before, even when trying to follow the plight in Flint! Moore showed both Reps. and Dems act horribly for enough $$. Shame on them... and speaking of, WHY would so many comments talk about his weight?? WHAT has THAT got to do with his movie?? No, i am not- why does THAT matter either?? I am one of those who have just about given up on the whole system - this movie convinced me not to. We are in a very bad place, with Trump AND a lot of other things too. God help us!

I've just bought and watched it. Obviously it's not a movie but a documentary. I am not sure if it tries to explain why Trump has been elected president of United States, but it's kind of that. I knew that United States is not a "perfect" country but I did not know that still today, in these years, there are still so many injustices. Well... If all in this movie is true. Is it? It seems to be. The guy seems to have talk to many persons that were actually close to the actions. What happened to people in Flint is tragic and I am surprise we did not hear of it more. How could this have been tolerate? Movie also alter a little the clean image of Obama. Anyway... It's a documentary full of "behind the scenes" images that we did not see often and given the right to speak to ones we don't see usually.
