From Jennifer is marketed as a horror film, but it's more of a comedy with some horror elements. It's also a smart social commentary on Hollywood, social media, and even the #MeToo movement. Tony Todd (Candyman) and Derek Mears (Jason in Friday the 13th '09) are both cast against type in very amusing roles. The entire film was shot on GoPro cameras in a unique style that helps tell the story. Danielle Taddei and Meghan Deanna Smith are the true stars of the film, representing opposite ends of the social media popularity spectrum. The film moves quickly through its 85 minutes and features a few great twists along the way.

#FromJennifer is a great movie. My family has always watched movies together and i can count on one hand how many we wanted to watch twice in a row. #FromJennifer is one of them. Perfect movie for Halloween. The cast includes horror icons Tony Todd and Derek Mears and the movie is directed by Frank Merle. By the way: you couldn't follow three nicer men on twitter.
