I've seen the entire Trilogy and this is still my favorite, I suggest this movie to anyone who are fans of horror and B movies, there are so many Parts in the movie that left me and my grandpa in hysterics, a combination of comedy and horror, and this is the series that got Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell out there on to what they do today, what more is there to say other than...GROOVY 4/5

Evil Dead 2 is the sequel to the horror/exploitation first film released in 1981. While not perfect, I have fond memories with this film, as it is one I grew up with. I'm not a huge horror fan myself, but this film offers the exact balance of horror and comedy that makes it a fun experience for myself, and for many others. While not for the whole family, due to it's purposefully superfluous gore, for adults and older teens, Evil Dead 2 is a fun ride. Ash Williams is a great character played to perfection by Bruce Campbell, and Sam Raimi steps up his directing from the last film, really creating his own style with this film. It's hilarious, sometimes spooky, and always gets me in the Halloween mood. It's not for everyone, but for those who take a chance on this wild ride of a film, I don't think you'll regret it.

Trying to save you 1 1/2 hours of your life! If you've seen Twilight Zone "The Movie", this movie reminded me of when the Tasmania Devil came to life. Very corny! The Poltergeist was scarier. I kept waiting (hoping) the main guy would wake from a crazy, Pink Floyd-like dream and then the real movie would begin. Not! A "B" rated film. Watch the Reanimator instead.
