Screen legend Sylvester Stallone kicks this explosive action tale into high gear. After security expert Ray Breslin (Stallone) is hired to rescue the kidnapped daughter of a Hong Kong tech mogul from a formidable Latvian prison, Breslin’s girlfriend (Jaime King) is also captured. Now he and his team, which includes Dave Bautista and Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, must pull off a deadly rescue mission to confront their sadistic foe and save the hostages before time runs out.

I can't believe this movie has gotten such good reviews. It's the same story for the third time! Spoiler, someone gets taken to a black site prison and this time...dun dun dun...it will be impossible to rescue them. Except for sylvester and his buddies, they lose a guy or two but they win all their fights and save the day again. They are beating a dead horse here. If there's a fourth insallment I'm gonna throw up. It was ok for the first two and I like the actors but please create some new characters and a different story. He does this with every movie he's ever had that experienced any success whatsoever. He keeps making sequels, trilogies, and whatever you call it when there's four, five and six after that! Honestly, if you saw escape from Hades, you saw this one so spend your five dollars on a new movie

Same plot as 1 and 2 but extremely entertaining. After the disappointment I had with the 2nd movie, the 3rd film made up for it. I actually don't like Stallone as a person or actor but I saw the 1st & 2ed so I may as well watch this one and it was very enjoyable.

Entertaining enough overall, would rent again but not buy. The violence is a bit unnecessary at times, but the bad CGI blood makes it not too bad. The villain was quite good. Thankfully there is not much CGI at all. Most of the action scenes are fight choreography and that's where the movie really shines. Great fight scenes, even by old man Stallone. 50 cent is in the movie for maybe 2 minutes, no idea how he got cover credit. The Chinese market sell job was beyond obvious, but I actually liked it for this movie. Its not winning any awards, but its worth your time if you are into action movies and have some time to kill.
