About this movie

Zomer 2011. Adolf Hitler wordt wakker op een verlaten veld in Berlijn. Zonder oorlog, zonder partij, zonder Eva. Hij dwaalt rond in een volstrekt onherkenbare stad en al wie hij aanspreekt denkt dat hij een hilarische, sarcastische imitator is. In die hoedanigheid wordt Hitler een hype en begint hij zesenzestig jaar na zijn vermeende overlijden aan een televisiecarrière. En ook in deze eeuw weet der Führer het achteloze volk moeiteloos in zijn macht te krijgen.

I didn't know what to expect, when I started to see this movie, but I fully enjoyed it. The story really suits with the current situation in the world, and the actor playing Hitler is brilliant. The looks, the accent from Bayern, really well done. Big surprise this movie, it deserves a higher rating, than what it is currently getting. Maybe some people didn't understand the underlying message of the movie....

Great movie. For most of it, I felt like I was watching a comedy. Lots of laughter had. But the ending is pretty dark and makes you realise/remember what it is ACTUALLY about. You'll have to see it to know, I won't spoil anything.

Ik heb de film 2 keer gehuurd maar de transactie wordt geannuleerd. En als ik naar het teruggave beleid kijk, snap ik er ook weinig van.. graag zou ik of de film willen zien of het geld terug..
