After discovering she's willing to date the next guy to become "Employee of the Month",Zack takes on current titleholder (Dax Shepard) in a super-smackdown to see who will win the honor--and Amy's heart--in this outrageous comedy that proves you can't succeed at life and love till you get your shift together.

This movie is a decent comedy seasoned with typical Dane Cook humor. What's great about it is the down-to-earth manner it represents the average working Joe. The characters work good together, BUT! Jessica Simpson's "acting" is lack-luster and kinda buzz kills the chemistry in whatever scene she's interacting with anybody in. I haven't watched much of any movies she's in...I have to say, they really should have rethought the hot chick part and chose someone else. A mannequin would have exerted more feeling!

Great movie when you can't decide what to watch. It's funny, predictable, and easy-going, with slightly dated jokes; all the best things about those 2000s movies we all love to hate.

Whenever I go to Costco I always wanna watch this movie. It's a funny flick about an underachiever trying to win over the new girl at work. She apparently has a thing for the "employee of the month" hence the title. This was when Dane Cook and Jessica Simpson were at their prime.
