The story could of been better but at least the animation is well done for a direct to video movie with this kind of budget. Some of the scenes did make the dragon seem somewhat realistic on par with Smaug in The Hobbit 2 movie. Some people will hate me for saying that, I don't care. The story did keep me entertained because I like the MC trying to beat the jerk evil ruler that takes advantage of the innocent kind of thing. Then again that's one of the things that makes someone evil. Oh the best part, Dragon. There were some really corny things that was done to make it seem like a "shortcut" but whatever. I'd say it really did give me a much better impression than the 2nd movie which seem almost like a child's movie. I'm glad they more or less kept that good dragon theme in this one. The main character is sometimes wishywashy but better than nothing. It atleast has Ben Kingsley's voice the dragon's which is kind of cool. I don't know the other cast members. I mainly bought it because I wanted to support them on making their 4th movie which is on the way, yay. I'm looking forward to that. Oh and I love dragons. So if you love dragons too, and like the idea of a kind of Dra

I saw the first Dragonheart but missed the sequel. I just finished this one with my 6 year old nephew and enjoyed that it was something we could watch together.
