Just being grateful to the makers of a movie based on the most complex (to make) and engaging Game in history. John Carmack, John Romero and the rest of crew paved the beginning of an era of gaming that still we 're starting to explore and comprehend. VR googles like Oculus Quest 2, Vive, HP R...2 are just the starting point of an era that will allow mankind an expansion of the mind, accelleration of the educaction process, and really live in minutes experiences that took whole life before.

Absolutely amazing, they tried to really recreate the original game while also changing it to their own style, like how some kind of serum makes you stronger or a demon based on your behaviour, as far as I know it's not how you turn to a demon in the original doom games, but it works. The weapons are the one that really impressed me here since they really are from the game unlike that new 2019 doom movie. Recommended for every doom fans or really any people interested in these kinds of movies

Basic premise is similar to the game, though with a critical change in regards to the enemies' origins which IMO detracts from the story... Not much, but enough to annoy me. It also borrows a lot from other, better action movies and the supposedly climactic end falls flat either because the director lacked vision, they ran out of budget or the studio/actor in question insisted on remaining human instead of a cool transformation into a Knight or Baron of Hell for the final fight. Still, all the critique aside, Doom has a couple of neat ideas and remains an entertaining action movie, well worth checking out if you're a fan of the genre and check your expectations at the door! =)
