Also jsoc in not a unit as he states its a combination of units from all of the services with quite a few more than the couple thousand he states. Next women and children can be soldiers too ask the guys that went to somalia or Honduras for ahuas tara 1 & 2. Also we have been going into other countries for a long time without declaring war IE: Grenda,Panama,Kosovo,Boliva 88, and op prime chance from 87-88 and I sure don't remember war being declared. And if there was a hit on Al-Awlaki by sp ops, he would have been gone along time ago. This guy is awful!!
