Death Wish

Firstly, WHAT IS WITH THE HATE ON THIS FILM? Bruce Willis stars in this remake of the classic Action film starring Charles Bronson. This film is quite awesome. Let’s just say that. Directed by the easily unforgiving Eli Roth, Death Wish packs gore, thrills, swearing and lots of good ol’ action fun. The premise you’ve seen before but somehow unique. Bruce Willis has some great talent and completely glimmers as the vigilante hero in Death Wish. A major positive in Death Wish is its cinematography as demonstrated to startle the audience in suspense and thrills. It’s grim set designs and glum death sequences are both horrific yet “off its rocker” as quoted by my dad. Death Wish also didn’t take itself so seriously. It’s really fun and the acknowledges that. So kudos to Death Wish for implementing creativity and enjoyment into a film!!!!!! Overall, it’s a niche-Action thriller that packs a few shocks and surprises along the way. Put your ‘sunnies’ on sit back in this hella cool action film.

Very average revenge flick! The miscast Bruce Willis gave one of the most laziest performances of his career. He just seemed like he didn't care much for it. Very disappointing! Film had alot of potential to be decent.

Interesting movie with some good moments but I feel they could have made this was more badass than it is, parts where Bruce fails to use a gun properly or when he is confronted by an Agro father at a sports game & does nothing is pretty lame. Overall though good enough for a Sat night flick.
