Michael, a young, handsome widower, has finally begun to put his life back together after the tragic death of his wife, Catherine. And as owner of Star Body, the trendiest health club in town, he seems to have it all - wealth, success, and the love of the beautiful new woman in his life. But when people start getting hurt and disappearing from the spa, it seems that Catherine has returned to destroy all that her husband has built. Insanely jealous, she manages to take out her wrath on the beautiful people of Star Body, sending a demonic message to Michael with each inexplicable mishap and grisly death.
