A wonderful movie with great performances from Andy Serkis and the other cast members. I loved the Rise of the Planet of the Apes and the same goes for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Apart from enjoying this film I do hope you can think about how you treat others as every action has a reaction. We need to show compassion to each other and the species we share our planet with. Peace... Seriously Andy Serkis should really get an Oscar for his performance as Caeser. He is a brilliant actor.

More than your typical action movie, this incredible follow-up to Rise of the Planet of the Apes takes a grounded and serious approach to the genetically enhanced apes' story to bring viewers a much more engaging and profound experience. Setting parallels between the racial division of our past as well as the acceptance many have had to face that even today there will be those that will never forgive or even understand the other side. This is a truly exceptional movie with an interesting concept, fantastic plot, believable and realistic acting, and spectacular set design and special effects. 5 Stars.

It can't live up to the high emotional standards achieved in the first prequel, Rise, but Caesar remains a very strong performance yet again by Andy 'Give this man an Oscar' Serkis. Although well written, directed and acted; the movie never felt like it worked. Too little depth to remember and not entertaining enough to spend 2hrs with.
