About this movie

Mark, a failed artist estranged from his wife and son, wakes to find the doors and windows of his flat sealed shut. At first, he assumes it's a sick joke. Then he sees mysterious figures outside wearing protective suits - Hazmats . They claim it's for his safety but, as the day wears on and the Hazmats infiltrate the building and begin snatching residents, tempers fray and fear takes over. Together with his neighbours, Mark soon discovers that the real dangers are already sealed in there with them.

Gripping and tense, with a slowly ramping up sense of peril, and reduction to primal survival instinct. Remarkable in many ways! I understand this is the first feature for the director, and with a tiny budget. What it achieves within tight constraints is very shrewd and, dare I say, a unique achievement for a low-budget sci-fi/thriller(?). All the cards are laid on the table, not being able to hide behind multi-million dollar special effects and CGI. I expect the people who made it will do really well as they move ahead with larger budgets.

All it is about is a bunch of people stuck in a building, due to a mystery infection that you won't even know the details, running and killing each other for no apparent reason and ending with some speechless kid receiving a cookie from another girl on some bus..?! I guess you can't get much from a writter called Lemon...

Great movie! Loved how it was shot and the music really added to the overall suspense. Considering it was shot with a tight budget and limited time frame, this movie does incredibly well for itself. Will definitely be watching again and recommending to friends.
