Not my cup of tea. All horror movies lately are predictable. Same stuff happens and nothing interesting or new. I really was hoping to enjoy this. I felt so embarrassed that I talked my family into watching this and they were all disappointed. I don't know what to watch now a days. Everything is bad. This wasn't worth four or five stars but goes to show peoples opinions differ. Huh go figure.

Really surprising and incredibly well crafted. There are a dozen other movies that have given this genre the good college try but time and again, they fail by following a formula that was never really any good and became redundant in the late 80s. Any decent filmmaker abandoned those cliches decades ago. And this happens to be made quite well. Come play is in the league of the Babadook and has its own stylish flair...

I was certainly excited to see this. It did not meet my expectations like it could have but it is not a bad movie. The creature is awesome, the film makes you more aware of those with Autism, the ending is a suprise and yes it defiently has that horror tension. Especially the scene under the bed. That was tense. It is a good movie to watch while waiting for a Quiet Place 2 as the creatures body looks like those aliens from that franchise. 3 and a half out of 5.
