By the Sea

Written and directed by Angelina Jolie, "By the Sea" is an intimate, character-driven drama which reunites Jolie and real-life husband, Brad Pitt, in starring roles. Their first onscreen reunion since 2005's "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," the film portrays the stars as a sexually and emotionally frustrated couple who stay at a hotel in the South of France. They become obsessed with the young newlyweds next door, spying on their lives in a way that illuminates issues of their own. Jolie and Pitt also team as producers for the film.
