It's a movie you just can't turn off. Now, that being said, it's not as good as I hoped especially as Vince Vaughn fan. He did a good job in keeping with his badass character but prison scenes are over the top over-acting & unbelievable. It's good if you like slow rolling with a few exciting scenes. Without Vince, it would had been turned off within 30 minutes.

Sweet feathery Jesus... To describe this movie as atrocious is to say Attila the Hun had a slightly unpleasant disposition. First, there's the dialogue, which sounds like it was written by a virginal fourteen-year-old boy who, while sitting at his laptop in his parents' basement, imagines what tough guys sound like, then resumes spanking it to Monster Asses 4. Then there's the *cough, cough* "acting." Stiff? Robotic? Never! Just because a cigar store Indian exudes pathos by comparison? That's no reason to be unkind. In summary, if your're trying to decide whether to rent this movie or plunge head first into a wood chipper, you know what to do.

This is ok. Not more than that. Vince does a decent job though his accent comes and goes. It's just difficult to believe the chain of events since they happen because of outrageously stupid choices. The action is fun even though the gore is low budget style. It seems clear this is supposed to be a Grindhouse style film made now and it achieves that I think.
