Batman Begins explores the origins of the Batman legend and the Dark Knight's emergence as a force for good in Gotham. In the wake of his parents' murder, disillusioned industrial heir Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) travels the world seeking the means to fight injustice and turn fear against those who prey on the fearful. He returns to Gotham and unveils his alter-ego: Batman, a masked crusader who uses his strength, intellect and an array of high tech deceptions to fight the sinister forces that threaten the city. One of the best superhero movies of all time, Batman Begins is nothing less of a visual masterpiece with the best director, producers, crew and ,of course, cast. Christian Bale's portrayal of the Caped Crusader is astonishing whereas Michael Caine executes a perfect job in delivering us the Alfred after our own hearts. The story, the twists and the plot in general... truly deserves high credits. The movie hasn't lost its impact even after a decade.

Casting Nolan in the directors chair for a deceased franchise was nothing short of a revelation. Nolan not only buried Joel Schumacher's cringing work, he revived it, made it modern, gritty and grounded with realism instead of escapism. In what is to become The Dark Knight saga, Batman Begins is perhaps the top 2, best superhero origin film of all time.

The writer of this film shows true art and real intelligence in the resurrection of a great story, and also in his choice of actors, no one else could have done a good or better job than any of these actors and actresses, I would give them all ten stars and a million thumbs up for all eternity. Christopher and Christian, great job, truly remarkable and innovative, looking forward to seeing the 4th chapter
