Aquaman

pretty bad, had high hopes but choppy story lines and pretty bad acting made it tough to take it as serious as a movie should be. They have the origin story set for a great one but tried to do way too much. Also, when they said "ocean master" my wife and I both laughed out loud as we didn't realize that was a serious title. it was just way too corny and kinda action-movie predictable. better luck next time DC

The script/dialogue was just awful. Acting from 1/2 the cast was awful. Huge holes in the plot. Relationships and character chemistry, not believeable. Visuals and CGI overall ok, some eyecandy scenes felt like they were created just so they can get their poster moment. Manta (bad guy) felt like Power Rangers met DC. Overall this movie was just really bad.

Bad from start to finish. The look is right but the dialogue and characters are just to sugary. Plot is weak with half assed resolutions lacking intensity and thrills. This Aquaman movie is just awful lacking the spirit of a DC movie present in its precessors The Batman trilogy, Man of Steel, Batman vs Superman, and Wonder Woman. Ignoring DCEU continuity to an annoying level. Can wholeheartedly say this movie is today's shifting gear to Batman Returns to Batman: Forever.
