Apollo 11

I am profoundly moved by this film, and gape in awe at what must have been a stellar feat of engineering and training to pull off a mission such as this, and the five successful moon missions that followed it. Brings tears to my eyes. So many excellent shots and scenes, with brilliant editing and music. Although we know the mission succeeds, in the movie it's as if we aren't certain, and the suspense is never far away.

lots of really high quality footage of many key players and even the public. shame we didnt have those 70mm cameras on the moon!! all people less than 60 must watch this in its entitety. The greatest engineering and scientific achievement of modern humans. A marvel to watch and relive 1969 in HD.

Amazing! If you love the space program and Apollo, this is a must! The only disappointment is that there are no subtitles, not even in english. They could be very helpful because the original voices on the communication loops are not so easy to understand for a non native english speaker.
