Set in a futuristic world where everyone’s personal information is public and crime has been virtually eliminated, Detective Sal Frieland (Clive Owen) is faced with a series of shocking murders committed by an unidentifiable killer. As he delves into the case, Frieland encounters a woman with no identity (Amanda Seyfried).
