Alexander Revisited: (Unrated) The Final Cut

Oliver Stone can't stop futzing around with his historical epic, although he's assured us this is the definitive version. This 10th anniversary edition has a bounty of extras, including two audio commentaries by Stone himself. However, it got terrible reviews.

I haven't seen this version, but overall this movie is pretty bad. The casting (Colin Ferrell, Angelina Jolie, Val Kilmer, etc) is poor, and the script is all over the place. Ferrell typically over acts and underperforms, and Angie is unconvincing. Worth renting maybe, but not worth buying unless it's on sale.

People who are anti-lgbt are the only ones slamming this. Don't listen to their bad reviews. It was banned in my hometown because of certain scenes. It is a great movie so enjoy it!
