they really let Robin Williams off the leash for this one. his riffs are just as good as in the first one, and maybe even a little better. Not sure if people trashing this are thinking it's the second one where none of the original talent came back, but this one is legit and the song "welcome to the 40 thieves" is almost infuriatingly catchy. you WILL find yourself singing it a couple days later.

I personally love this movie. As a kid i grew up on "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", "Bambi", "Swiss Family Robinson", and many other Classic Disney films. As a Disney fan i was not disappointed in this, i was pleased when Robin Williams returned as the Genie in this. Now, not everyone will enjoy this, best to think of this as just another fun movie. Do not have the highest of hopes, this was a straight to video release therefore quick and cheap is how Disney played it still a good film 5/5

This movie is probably the best of the infamous Disney sequels, the animation may not be as good as the original but it wasn't bad by any means, and the voice acting is pretty good, heck I'm not even sure if it's robin Williams who plays the genie or if it's just a really good impression, also the songs may not be as good as the original but they are still okay, now most people would say that this movie is bad but I think it's okay, and it's probably better than the return of jafar.
