I've read the manga before watching this movie. I've felt both amazed and disappointed after finishing this one. The way they cut some of the scenes from the manga made some of the scenes in the movie lost its value. While that may be true, the emotion is still strong during Ishida's heroic deed and I loved it. And I think the movie gave better ending sequence than what the manga offered.

I don't watch Japanese anime a lot, but this anime really different from what I thought. The storyline was superb, creative, inspiring and really connected to real life. I don't read manga, but after watching this movie, it makes me want to read it.

probably the most relatable movie I've seen as a person who's struggling the same, movie perfectly captures social anxiety and the guilt that follows, for the people who's hating on the main characters, he was just a child, and when he notices people around him started laughing and even supporting his actions when he bullied her, main character got happy that he got the attention and didnt stop until things escalate, what im trying to say is once they laugh at him they're automatically involved
