About this movie

Seth MacFarlane stretches the boundaries of comedy and propriety as writer, producer, director, and actor in the Unrated version of A Million Ways to Die in the West. After Albert (MacFarlane) backs out of a gunfight, his fickle girlfriend (Amanda Seyfried) leaves him for another man (Neil Patrick Harris). When a mysterious and beautiful woman (Charlize Theron) rides into town, she helps him find his courage as they begin to fall in love. But when her notorious outlaw husband (Liam Neeson) arrives seeking revenge, Albert must put his newfound courage to the test. Also starring Giovanni Ribisi and Sarah Silverman, the hilarious all-star cast delivers an offbeat mix of outrageous humor and quick wit. Critics say, “You’ll die laughing!” (-Mara Reinstein, US WEEKLY) (Original Title - A Million Ways to Die in the West (Unrated))

Surprisingly, I was not the biggest fan of this movie. I started the movie wanting it to be funny, as I love Liam, Seth, charlize and the whole gang, however this was just awful. Very few are the times I've ever not fought through the entirety of a movie, sadly this made the list. Take my advice and save your money for Ted 2. Thank you for your time and focus. Have a wonderful day.

Funny, decent story line. Good first effort, for Seth's first starring role in a movie. I agree with one of the reviews, he should have let some of his dialog be spoken through a narrator. I think the movie may have flowed better. Overall, enjoyed it and found myself watching a second to make sure it didn't miss anything.

This movie broadcasts a display of humor yet at the same time brings the Seth MacFarlane flare that is so lovingly found in many of his other works. In brief, this film devotes its efforts to bring modern humor to a whole new level, and at the same time inscribes a story of love, hate, and friendship.
