A Christmas Story

A great Christmas film. Although it is based in America, it's still enjoyable across the pond in the UK. Anyone a child in the 70's / 80's or earlier would be able to relate to at lot of the scenes! Sure everyone can remember that one gift that you really wanted and was not sure Santa would bring it? In our house it not Christmas until this as been played atleast once.

One of the best films ever - has elements of hilarity for both children and adults, and you enjoy it even more once you've grown up and gotten some of the subtler jokes!

Not schmaltzy in the usual American way, this film has a unique charm and standout comedy performances, particularly from the two parents. Probably my favourite Christmas film.
