Slow and boring. Focused on the special effects of the day, that are good for their time, but ain't nobody got time to look at five minute scenes of ships flying past slowly. I'm sorry, I can't let you watch this, Dave

The imagery in this movie is very majestic, and the music is pretty incredible. However, a snail could move faster then the story, which makes it get very tedious at times.

One of the best sc fi movies ever, great sound track true to how ships would move in space no sound effects lol. And a demented computer what more could anyone ask for guys
