From director Michael Bay, 13 HOURS: THE SECRET SOLDIERS OF BENGHAZI is the gripping true story of six elite ex-military operators assigned to protect the CIA who fought back against overwhelming odds when terrorists attacked a U.S. diplomatic compound on September 11, 2012. 13 hours is a real and brutal story that needed to be told. Michael Bay might get alot of shit for the movies he makes but this one is a real take back to when he made Pearl Harbour. While Bay's style is evident it doesnt take over what the story is about and keeping it true to the soliders story. I watched this cinema and I can tell anyone that watches this you wont be disappointed in this movie whatsoever.

Suspenseful all the way through. Great beginning, great end. Loved the whole thing. Really puts life into perspective and how much we take for granted in western countries

After watching these events I felt gratitude towards these men. Also more grateful that I was born in a western country. As a mother who has a son joining the army, I was a lot more worried about him watching a true story and how the rules that are there to protect can also create drama or worse death. Watch it and you'll see what I mean.
