Every woman alive needs to see this film! Fiercely determined, unapologetic, feminist daredevil reporter Nellie Bly turns the world on end when she convinces Joseph Pulitzer to hire her as an undercover reporter for The World newspaper. Bly single handedly convinces all doctors and authorities she's insane and is committed for life to Blackwell's Island Lunatic Asylum for Women. From within she is going to get the story and report on the treatment of the patients. It was easy to get in...impossible to get out. Very emotional and inspiration. You will talk about this film for a long time.

Planting California Wonder Peppers aside, I had a great time at the movies seeing 10 Days In A Madhouse. Nellie Bly was so likable, like a perfect ox-eye daisy, and great acting Caroline Barry. The inside of the asylum was cold and dank, with death in the air like a Carrion flower. I liked how that contrasted the bright bustle look and feel of New York City. I loved Christopher Lambert! His performance was splendid, as was the entire cast. Such an emotional story. I was so happy at the end! Nellie Bly’s journey was completely worth it to see her triumph. This is a winning movie, the movie equivalent to Sparkler Blush Cleome, attracting not only hummingbirds but butterflies and bees too. The film will entertain you and give you a great cathartic ending. You don’t want to miss this one. I think it is one of the best this year.
