Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno

Kenshin is back as director Keishi Otomo reunites with his cast for the continuing saga of this Samurai action-romance. After a cutthroat fight for survival in the first film, it seemed as though Kenshin (Takeru Sato) had finally found peace. After months living at Kaoru's dojo, Kenshin discovers that his successor (as the Assassin of the Shadows) Shishio (Takayuki Yamada) plans to conquer Japan by destroying the Meiji Government. In order to spare his friends from bloodshed, Kenshin goes to meet Shishio alone. But Kenshin's friends Kaoru (Emi Takei), Sanosuke (Munetaka Aoki), and the rest will not abandon him.
