LuAnn packs up her family and moves into their Hamptons home for the summer, with help from Rosanna, their housekeeper. They buy son Noel a puppy, but Rosanna is afraid that she will be the one who ends up taking care of it. Bethenny works on building her career, but is really focused on settling down with her boyfriend Jason. She wants to get married and have a child, but is afraid that Jason doesn't want the same things as he already has three children. Alex and Simon head to St. Barts for summer vacation, bypassing the Hamptons because vacationing there is "too much like work." After raising money at the Soul Cycle event, Aviva brings her son, Harrison, and Carole to "A Step Ahead," where she presents a young boy named Jake with a pair of prosthetic running legs. Finally, Ramona invites Carole, Sonja and Aviva over to her apartment for lunch. Carole warns the ladies that Aviva was upset that they didn't show for her charity event so they should be sensitive to her about it. When Aviva arrives they sit down to the meal and the fireworks quickly begin when the ladies try to explain why they missed the event, taking the lunch in a totally different direction than planned.
