Guy Ritchie follows up Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels with another tasty crime caper set in London's well 'ard East End. The theft of a diamond stirs London's lowlife community into action, with typically unpredictable but mostly violent results. Benicio Del Toro, Jason Statham, Vinnie Jones, Alan Ford and Jason Flemyng are among the assorted gangsters and dodgy geezers in the affray, but it's Brad Pitt's incomprehensible Irish bare-knuckle brawler who packs the film's biggest punch.
