Veep, The Complete Series

In the series premiere, Vice President Selina Meyer and her staff--chief of staff Amy, spokesperson Mike, right-hand man Gary, and executive assistant Sue--are still finding their footing in Washington, D.C. Selina decides to make the Clean Jobs Commission a pet project, but a series of missteps cause her staff to work damage control.

The Veep's office is revived by good news that her task force is likely to be green lit. With the President (conveniently) out of the country, Selina looks to make headway on filibuster reform and meeting with some 'normal' people.

Faced with a trumped-up story of a rift between the Veep and the First Lady, Selina quells accusations that everything is about her--even though it is. The Veep's office goes into spin control about the appointment of an 'oil guy' to the Clean Jobs taskforce. Gary selects candidates for the VP dog, though Selina's daughter Catherine, who is visiting from college, gets final say.

Dan and Amy attend a book launch for Gov. Danny Chung, a charismatic Asian-American war hero, who Selina worries could be a political threat. Meanwhile, Selina preps with Mike for a 'Meet the Press' interview, landing on football as her 'regular-people' talking point, and, later, Gary and Amy discover that Selina has a lover.

Selina becomes obsessed with the (many) unflattering nicknames given to her by bloggers, and after being snubbed from a Senate briefing by the POTUS, assigns Dan to get White House intel from Jonah. Later, Dan's political maneuvering puts the fate of the Clean Jobs bill on the line.

Selina attends a healthy-eating event at Camden Yards with some very grumpy fast-food executives, where she also confides a secret to Amy. Mike holds a press briefing for some local news pals, save for the inquisitive Leon West. Later, with the Veep delayed, Amy and Dan are forced to entertain elementary-school children.

With the Veep and her staff taking flack over a pregnancy rumor and the firing of a Secret Service agent, Selina orders a 'partial' full disclosure of all office correspondence. Later, Selina dispatches Dan to make sure the Macauley Amendment (i.e. the toxic Clean Jobs bill) cannot be traced back to her. And with the perception growing that her office is increasingly nonfunctioning, Selina threatens to fire a key staffer.

Season One Finale. Selina finds herself in Ohio to support Rep. Roger Furlong for governor, but given the Veep's low approval rating, he no longer wants the endorsement. Meanwhile, the Clean Jobs bill comes back to haunt Dan--in the form of a possible Congressional Hearing. After Selina tears up in her meeting with Furlong, Mike and Amy decide to play up Selina's tears even more, but have no idea how big a floodgate it will open.

Season Two Premiere. Fresh off successful campaign appearances for midterm elections, Selina sees an opportunity to expand her role, but must first curry favor with the president's icy senior strategist Kent Davison (Gary Cole). Meanwhile, the staff's personal lives have some new developments.

Selina attends a pig roast in North Carolina as part of the president's 'Listen to Rural America' initiative. Dan takes up Pilates to get face time.

As a hostage crisis in Uzbekistan heats up, Selina and Secretary of Defense General Maddox have trouble getting on the same page at their joint appearance at the Marine Corps Base at Quantico. Sue testifies at a Congressional hearing on governmental efficiencies; Dan and Gary jockey for the Veep's ear.

Selina is rankled when the White House releases an unflattering photo of her. Mike and Kent bond over sailing; Jonah gets an executive parking space; Sue has a job interview. Selina takes steps to keep her staff happy as they prepare for her appearance at the Vic Allen dinner.

Selina and her staff head to Helsinki to finalize a trade agreement, but are worried whether Selina will be received warmly in Europe. Dan calls Mike for advice on charming the press and Mike leans on Jonah for help. Kent and Ben argue over how to deal with new intel.

After an allergic reaction shuts down her budget negotiation with Majority Leader Mary King, Selina moves the talks to Catherine's 21st birthday bash. Meanwhile, Amy and Gary fret over how Selina will handle seeing her ex-husband Andrew at the party; Mike fields press inquiries on Selina's role in the Uzbek hostage crisis.

With D.C. in the midst of a government shutdown, Selina is forced to furlough some of her staff. A damaging story leaks about Selina's ex-husband Andrew; Danny Chung takes advantage of the shutdown; Gary and Jonah go on a run to retrieve Selina's trash.

After being prepped for a 'puff piece' interview at the VP residence, Selina is thrown by Janet Ryland's 'gotcha' questions.

Undeterred by a message that POTUS wants Selina to limit her public appearances, the Veep continues her plans. Dan attempts to play both sides of the Selina/Danny Chung rivalry.

(Season Two Finale) With the administration in full crisis mode and Selina's future in doubt, the entire staff goes on frenzied job hunt.

Season Three Premiere. In Iowa, Selina courts possible caucus voters at a book signing for her new autobiography, while her team is in D.C. attending a staff wedding. As the day proceeds, Selina and her staff get word of a rumor that could affect the next election.

After a quick visit to their new campaign HQ, Selina and her team go on a ride-along with the Coast Guard, where they learn the president has flipped on a major issue--which makes Selina reexamine her stance. Meanwhile, Gary questions his role with the Veep, and Jonah's new political blog causes trouble.

While Selina and her staff prepare for an Annapolis event where she will announce her candidacy, Dan gets word that SNL has done a not-so-flattering sketch on the Veep.

On a fundraising trip in Silicon Valley, Selina is challenged by an anti-fracking mom and visits the campus of Clovis, a tech company with a young, ambitious CEO. Back in D.C., Jonah makes a crude viral video of the Selina/mom encounter, and Dan, with Ben's help, gets an idea for a rumor he can spread against Chung.

As Amy and Dan vie for position as Selina's campaign manager, Ben arranges a secret lunch for the Veep with hotshot strategist Bill Ericsson. Meanwhile, Mike tries to maintain his strict fertility schedule; Jonah is offered a job on Maddox's team; and Gary's mysterious shoulder pain threatens his job. Later, Selina is invited by Maddox to his country house, and Amy has a dinner party with the staff as part of her pitch.

At an economic summit in Detroit, Selina's staff and her family are peeved by the presence of her new personal trainer, Ray. Meanwhile, Jonah and Mike negotiate a photo-op with Selina and Maddox. Later, Catherine protects her mom from a protestor, and Selina attends a women's gun show.

In the U.K. for the 100th anniversary of WWI, Selina's staff worries about Ray's growing influence on the Veep. Meanwhile, Dan's nerves begin to fray as Ben gets news that sends him back to D.C. Later, Jonah arrives in London to spy for Team Maddox, and Amy leaks a secret.

Selina and the staff prep for her debate with Maddox, Chung, Congressman Owen Pierce, and Joe Thornhill--a major-league baseball manager who has recently entered the race. Dan returns with a rosier outlook; Mike's wife Wendy arrives to do a style piece on Selina, but eyes a bigger story involving Ray.

With Thornhill ahead in the polls, Selina and her staff discuss how to make her more folksy. Jonah, in need of a job, meets with Bill Ericsson, and asks his mom to reach out to his influential uncle Jeff. Selina has an interview with a pretentious journalist named Quincy Carter.

Season Three Finale. Three days before the New Hampshire primary, Selina and her staff juggle her multiple official obligations and campaign appearances.

Season Four Premiere. Twenty-four hours before Selina's first major speech as President, her staff frantically tries to work out how she can say two completely opposite things at the same time. Gary questions his worth now that he can no longer be close to Selina; Jonah is put off by the hands-on approach of the new VP's chief of staff, Teddy; Amy learns that Bill Ericsson, a rival campaign manager, may make a play for her job.

The President's staff prepares for her state visit with the Israeli Prime Minister. Mike tries out a new look for his more visible role. Teddy does Jonah a favor, while continuing to invade his personal space. Stuck in traffic with Richard, Amy learns via FaceTime that Selina is bringing in a new Director of Communications. Gary goes overboard while planning the state dinner for the Israeli delegation, and a painting in the White House comes under the spotlight.

When the personal details of a previously anonymous girl mentioned by the President are leaked, Selina's team tries to find a scapegoat for the data breach. Catherine tells Selina she wants to support an anti-bullying campaign; Dan tasks Jonah and Richard with buying fireworks for a campaign rally. While Mike is about to make a dreadful error at a press conference, the President hosts the annual Easter Egg Roll and reads a story to the assembled kids.

As part of her Middle East peace-talks tour, President Meyer makes an historic trip to Iran, where an American reporter is being detained. Back in DC, Dan is wooed by lobbyist Sidney Purcell, while VP Doyle stands in for the President at a Rainbow Jersey event with a gay NBA star. Meanwhile, Kent's polling and Jonah's big mouth may cause trouble for Selina.

At the party convention, Selina and her staff scramble against the clock to avert a major internal crisis. Amy grows increasingly infuriated with the President's new advisor Karen, who is coaching a nervous Catherine on her First Daughter speech to the convention. Back in DC, Dan recruits Jonah and Richard to pose as influential Washington insiders.

On the campaign trail, Selina is annoyed by press reaction to her running mate's effortless charm and decides to attend a pancake-brunch fundraiser without any of her team on hand to help. When news arrives that a major hurricane is about to hit North Carolina, it looks like it could be good news for her image. In DC, Amy tries to adjust to her new post-White House life, and Jonah gets bizarrely ambushed at what he thinks is a job interview.

A dramatic incident in the White House leaves the President shaken, while Tom James's 'mis-speak' at a Q&A looks like it could make her day even worse. As Mike tries to sell the press on Selina's Families First bill, Sue and Gary prepare for the President's White House dinner with old friends. Jonah and Richard inadvertently reveal a terrible secret, while Dan and Amy find themselves at a lobbying event for the concrete industry.

With the Families First Bill growing increasingly toxic, Gary sets up a clandestine meeting with Dan and Amy to persuade them to lobby against it. Meanwhile, Selina attempts to keep working while ill in bed with the flu. As the vote on Families First draws near, her staff work to ensure the deciding vote will go in their favor, as it becomes clear that victory or defeat lies in the hands of just one Congressman.

While Selina fields questions from the press, members of her staff testify before a congressional committee about whether the Families First vote was intentionally sabotaged--and who was really behind the data breach.

Season Four Finale. On Election Night, Selina and her staff find their nerves growing frayed as each state result is called.

Season Five Premiere. Post-election night: Selina discovers a possible road to victory. Meanwhile, Amy must figure out if she is back or not; Catherine kicks off a behind-the-scenes documentary project; Mike announces that he and Wendy are adopting a baby from China; and Dan considers a new career.

Amy, Dan, Jonah and Richard try to win the Presidency for the President. Back in D.C., Selina brings in respected Washington fixture Bob Bradley, aka 'The Eagle,' and, after nudging out Tom James on the newly created Banking Task Force, meets billionaire banker Charlie Baird. Meanwhile, Mike tries to get healthy before his baby arrives; Kent investigates Sue's age; and Amy and Dan share a charged moment.

Selina sends a tweet and Mike must deal with the consequences. Amy feels usurped by Bob, and begins to be troubled by his behavior. At a museum gala, Gary finds himself the belle of the ball.

Selina rushes to the hospital while attempting to win the presidency. Amy and Dan discover the O'Brien camp has staged a fake protest, and task Jonah and Richard with organizing their own pro-POTUS demonstration. Mike and Wendy meet with a potential surrogate.

Selina celebrates Thanksgiving in her own special way. Meanwhile, Ben and Kent manage a Thanksgiving Day crisis, deploying Tom James and VP Doyle to make statements in Selina's absence. Ben sends Dan to work for Tom James.

With the U.S. on the brink of a major financial meltdown, Selina must make an important decision. Jonah finds himself back in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Amy investigates the staff, and Catherine tries to get time with Selina to share some major news.

At the White House Christmas party, Selina bargains for votes in hopes of breaking the election tie. Meanwhile, the staff is preoccupied with the annual '50 Hottest D.C. Staffers' list; Mike eyes a job outside politics; and Dan helps Jonah with debate prep in New Hampshire.

Selina takes Catherine to a family pre-Christmas celebration at Camp David, where her team also plans to conduct secret negotiations. After a disastrous debate in New Hampshire, Amy and Dan try to make Jonah seem more human.

Catherine and Marjorie have a fight; Mike prepares for his babies; Selina is interviewed.

Season Five Finale. Selina and her staff get ready for inauguration day; Mike suffers exhaustion; Catherine gets a makeover.

Season Six Premiere. One year after losing the presidency, Selina attempts to secure her legacy. Dan tries to ingratiate himself at his new job. Amy's brash D.C.-style personality proves too much for her new co-workers.

Selina attends the opening of President Hughes' library. Jonah gets advice on how to rise in the political ranks; Dan suffers through Jane's whims; Amy releases a negative attack ad.

Selina helps monitor the first free and democratic election in Georgia (the country, not the state) and is reunited with an old 'friend.' Meanwhile, Mike and Gary hide evidence of a major mishap, and Jonah and Richard have an eventful night out. Back in the U.S., Dan tries to help Amy.

Selina and her team attend the funeral of a Supreme Court Justice. Amy works on securing a location for Selina's library. Dan tries to maintain his upswing with his co-host. Jonah finds an issue.

Selina settles on a location for her presidential library. Dan lands in a gossip column. Mike and Selina work on her book. Jonah tries to cement a big donation. Gary manages a mini-crisis at Madame Tussauds.

Selina visits Qatar. In D.C., Jonah gets a dinner invite. Dan gets an unexpected visit from an HR rep. Catherine and Marjorie have big news.

Selina tries to finish her book. Selina and her staff prepare for her portrait-unveiling ceremony, while Jonah tries to weasel himself onto the guest list. Dan works on his onscreen-chemistry problem.

Selina takes a trip. Meanwhile, Dan woos Jonah in order to get a coveted interview, and Amy convinces Selina to put her in charge of a very disorganized Mike.

Selina's book finally arrives. Jonah has a big meeting. Dan, Ben and Kent grab a drink.

Season Six Finale. Selina and her team prepare for the long-awaited groundbreaking of her library. Amy seeks clarity on her role. Jonah asks a major donor for help.

Season Seven Premiere. Selina evaluates her past and present campaigns. Jonah's personal life sparks interest among the press. Amy makes an important decision.

At an Aspen retreat for rich donors, Selina deals with potential adversaries and allies. Amy’s behavior raises Gary’s suspicions.

In the run-up to the first debate, Selina makes a novel campaign proposal. Comments by Jonah create blowback. Dan and Amy take a road trip.

Selina and team head to South Carolina, where Selina seeks an endorsement from a key leader. Gary gets a long-awaited promotion, while Marjorie excels in her new role.

Facing increased scrutiny heading into Super Tuesday, Selina visits Mike to deflect attention from Andrew’s legal troubles. Jonah and Amy ramp up their anti-Selina campaign rhetoric. Dan attempts to exploit Richard.

Selina tries to arrange a meeting via her Finnish contact Minna. Gary helps Catherine plan a big event. Jonah and Amy push an anti-vax message in Pennsylvania. Mike finds a new home. Richard may have an enemy.

Series finale. The nominating fight between Selina and her rivals reaches its climax, as their race comes to a historic finish.
