Assault vehicles storm the Mount Carmel compound, exchanging gunfire as the ATF siege begins, followed by a 51-day stand-off.

The Branch Davidians refuse to surrender and negotiations intensify. David Koresh waits for a sign from God, but the lack of food and medical supplies test both the Davidians' faith and law enforcement's patience.

The end of the stalemate seems near, but only for a moment, as the FBI's tactical division turns up the heat with psy-ops on David Koresh and the Branch Davidians.
