After Camila orders Maria, the lone witness from the hotel heist, killed, Teresa races to save the woman’s life before James can find her. Now made whole again, Camila visits her customers to assure them she’s back in business without any help from Epifanio. While dealing with the fallout from the casualties, Camila sees an opportunity to deal with Epifanio and “The Birdman,” once and for all.
