This film explores how city officials and the workers of Willets Point each view the “Iron Triangle” as a site of potential; one has drawn up a plan for a glossy entertainment district to be executed by private developers at public expense, while the other finds value and opportunity in the gritty ecosystem as it has existed for decades.
