A Bright Light – Karen And The Process is a wild and enchanting road movie by Swiss video artist Emmanuelle Antille. She embarks us on the footsteps of Karen Dalton, cult singer with a breathtaking voice, muse of the 60s, friend of Bob Dylan and Tim Hardin. Along with a small team, film equipment and a car, Emmanuelle travels the United States in search of this exceptional artist who rejected the system and its compromises, and ended her life away from the spotlights. A documentary made of music and art, which questions on the way the process of creation. A rare artistic testimony, an amazing portrait.
