With the sales launch of a new residential property Gotham Town, the CEO of Chin Chow Property Agency, Chiu-Yung, gives brand name watches to his employees as gifts to boost their morale. Striving to attract more clients, real estate agents from different agencies fight against each other at the mall. Having seen this, Chiu-Yung also joins the fight. Three years ago, Chiu-Yung was a lazy contractor, and one day, he ran into Pui King-Chi, a real estate agent from Song Yue Property Agency, who was molested by her client. To seal the deal, King-Chi forced Chiu-Yung to pretend to be her boyfriend testifying against that client. They got acquainted as a result and King-Chi later even teamed up with Chiu-Yung in the operation of partitioned flats. Learning that they lost customers to their competition Chin Chow Property Agency, the owner of Song Yue Property Agency scolds his employees. King-Chi talks back but ends up being told to dress as a mascot promoter distributing flyers. She angrily resigns so Chiu-Yung invites her to invest in Chin Chow Property as one of the shareholders.
