The BEST Korean movie of 2020. amazing acting, great suspense even if you know what happens at the end. the movie is based on true events. shows you the ugliness of the pathetic & barbaric corrupt dictator of South Korea in the 60s~70s. although another dictatorship continues into the 80s; truly some of the saddest decades of South Korea. it's a must-watch for anyone who's into modern Korean history or into the fight against dictatorship and fascism. Long live Kim Jaegyu, a true hero.

Started off slow but guess it was necessary as stage was being set. Surprising ending. Didn't know Korean politics were volatile in 70s, 80s and 90s. Learned a lot. Good movie.
