Lakshmi

Lakshmi (Ditya Bhande) is a young girl who is passionate about dancing. She aspires to win a dance competition that happens on a national level but her mother Nandini (Aishwarya Rajesh), a single mother hates the concept of dance for her own reasons. Lakshmi happens to meet Krishna (Prabhu Deva) who runs a cafe near her school. Lakshmi gets a golden opportunity to take part in a selection process organised by the 2005 dance competition winner Yusuf Khan (Salman Yusuf Khan) but she fails for some reason. Later, it is revealed that Krishna a.k.a. Vijay Krishna is a dancing legend and Krishna-Yusuf Khan are at loggerheads. Whether Lakshmi is able to fulfill her ambition to take part in the dance competition or not amidst all these obstacles is the rest of the movie.
