Synopsis

Our take

Soledad is a suspenseful dramatization of a real arrest in late 1990s Italy. Through cutting back and forth in the life of the titular character, director Agustina Macri explores how young people become radicalized in a fraught political climate, as well as the social dynamics of anarchist groups.
